Will these imports be treated as new users and thus display all tabs in a customers account page? Specifically, the Profile tab? Or will we need the Profile Connect extension? Without connecting to any form, your profile page won’t be displayed. Thanks & Regards, WPEverest Support Team. And if it does not read all the user data that exists on the site, then is there a refund option? Please login to your account page https://wpeverest.com/my-account/ and visit the license keys tab. You can see View Upgrades link. Click the link and choose the plan you wish to upgrade. For more detail on the profile connect addon you can refer our docs here https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/user-registration/user-registration-add-ons/user-registration-profile-connect/ If you have any confusion then please do let us know.
