    Hello again,

    This might be due to the files and folder permission set by the server. Please try downloading the zipped file manually and activating the plugin.

    What’s the process?
    Uninstalling the plugin before installing new version? Deleting? Overwriting via FTP?
    Please provide more details. Your minimalising is slowing things down since I’m always waiting for a reply here while the chat is not working.
    Checked my file permissions btw. That’s all the way it should be and all other plugins update fine.

    Yes. Please remove the old plugin. Download new one from your ‘my account’ section and you can upload the plugin from plugin’s directory. This is a bit manual process but, we don’t have any other options. Unauthorized message is certainly the file or folder permissions issue, we will look if something is troubling from our side.

    I do not have this problem with any other plugin and I am unable to keep doing this manually, nor is my client.
    There must be some way to fix this from your side.
