I am unable to create new admin users from the backend (they have nothing to do with your plugin. Your plugin creates “Members” with very limited rights). Every new admin I set up is unable to login with the set credential because it complains about the email not being verified. However no verification email is ever sent. Also, this behaviour should not be required for the backend anyway. I have not selected the requirement for admins to approve new registrations within your plugin. “Your account is still pending approval. Verifiy your email by clicking on the link sent to your email.” View post on imgur.com I have tried this multiple times now. It’s basically stopping me from adding new admins. As soon as I disable your plugin, the process works again, btw. How can this get fixed? What’s the bug? The emails that are supposed to be sent from your plugin are not sending and there’s no functionality to test these email going out. That’s a big downside and should be implemented urgently. Also – as per my previous post, the following should not be affected by your plugin settings: manual user creation from the backend (of any level) definitely not new admins created at the backend April 7, 2018 at 4:05 am #1919 sanjeev3Member Hello Nadja von Massow, Thank you for reporting the issue, we understand your frustation.
