(sign up form is here: https://homesteaderfest.ca/registration/workshop-leader/ ) Turns out they had already made an account on our site because they bought something in our shop previously. So when they went to fill out the form, it said they already had an account, so it couldn’t be submitted. I tried editing their user to assign the relevant User Role to them, in the hopes that they would then be able to log in and go to the [user_registration_my_account] page, and have those fields for that role show up there. But it doesn’t look like that is the case. Is there a way to make those fields available to that user, on their Account page? I don’t want to have to ask them to create a new account. User Registration Profile Connect add-on allows you to connect already registered users ( by other than user registration form ) to the user registration form so that the user/admin can later update the form fields. For more details about the add-on follow: https://docs.wpeverest.com/docs/user-registration/user-registration-add-ons/user-registration-profile-connect/ Let me know if you have any further confusion and I’ll get back to you soon. You can use user registration myaccount page generated with shortcode [user_registration_my_account]. If you have user registration woocommerce add-on active, it will also fetch the WooCommerce tabs such as downloads, orders, addresses etc. as well. Thank You! That page is using the [user_registration_my_account] shortcode. February 9, 2019 at 4:35 am #13044 Mike BergParticipant That add-on worked perfectly, thank you! And I see that I had my WooCommerce profile still visible at /shop/my-account/. I’ve set up an htaccess redirect to send requests for that page to /account/, which is where [user_registration_my_account] is. Thanks again!
