I have tried troubleshooting what the problem is for a while and can’t figure out what the issue is but when I try to submit my form I am getting the error “Cannot read property ‘success’ of null”. I’ve tried changing all kids of settings and form fields, etc and nothing helps. Please help! We thought your reg plugin would solve other issues we had with a different reg plugin and now I am getting this obscure error. Please help!

    Thank you for your help,
    Leslie

Btw, my form is at: https://corepointuc.wpengine.com/register-user/

I am getting the error in the console: “jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4 POST https://corepointuc.wpengine.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500″

I am on WPEngine which has its own caching. I disabled recaptcha to try and get it to work but would like it on the form eventually.

I also just noticed that the form works fine if I am logged in. Which isn’t how we need it to work obviously. Doesn’t work if you’re logged out. If that helps.

Nope! Waiting on a response. I’ve googled the crap out of it and found no solution yet. I will post if I do though and please let me know if you find one too.

    Hey Dean,

I just wanted to tell you that the form is working fine today which leads me to think that’s it was some hidden caching issue. Which doesn’t help anyone but I obviously have no way to troubleshoot the issue or give any kind of an answer. I don’t know that I did anything that could explain the fix either. I cleared the cache multiple times last night and it didn’t help. Time fixed it for me. Sorry I am no help and good luck!
