    I have three questions:

    1. If a user visits a URL that is only visible for logged in users, he gets redirected to the my-account page with the user registration login widget. Is it possible to redirect the user to the URL he actually wanted to go to originally after a successful login? Right now he gets redirected to the my account page for logged in users.

    2. In the WP everest my account widget under account details, there is this element: “you can change your profile picture on Gravatar” and a profile icon above it. Is there a way to hide this?

    3. The “recover your password” email gets sent from wordpress@mydomain.de instead of the actual email, that is set in the email settings under user registration. For all other user registration emails, it works fine from the right email.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello Philipp Unger,

    1. You can redirect to other pages by passing the parameter redirect_url parameter to the shortcode like: [user_registration_my_account redirect_url="sample-page"].

    2. There is no such way to remove this text. You can hide it with CSS. Navigate to Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS and add the following codes in the box:

    .user-registration-profile-fields span {
        display: none;
    }

    Note: In upcoming version that is version 1.5.8, the custom profile picture upload feature will be available.

    3. Thanks for pointing this out, we will look into it and fix in near future updates.

    Let me know if you have any further confusion and I’ll get back to you.

    Regards,
