I just purchased your product and so far I’m not impressed. I created my form and embedded it on my website, but when I fill out the form and click “Submit” the web page returns to the top of the page but does not display the default success text (“Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly.”). Further, I submitted the form multiple times hours ago and I have yet to received any email notification that a new form submission has been received and the “Entries” part of the plugin shows nothing.

Submissions should be sent to my email address in the image below.

    Hi John,

Did you checked spam folder of your mailing client? For more information on email delivery go to our documentation

    Emails are not being delivered?

    Thanks & Regards,

I have not received any submissions in my email. That includes the inbox, spam folder, and all other folders.

Per your help document, I did install the “Check Email” plugin and their test was received successfully, so it isn’t an issue with my WordPress installation.

I prepared a video to show you all of my settings but I’d prefer to send the link via DM/PM.

    Hello Again,

Please contact us from here: with your site url, we may need further more information to debug the issue.

    Thank You!

Finally! I thought there is no one who can explain me in simple way that what is faxing and why is it used. After reading your post I have got the basic idea that can i fax from my mac? yes, It’s possible because Googlefaxfree share this details with user which they can read and get fast and secure fax services. Now I can research more.

it happens. You can find a solution on the popular website. I found them with the search request “help me write my essay“. Try it, bro.
