I created my form and embedded it on my website, but when I fill out the form and click “Submit” the web page returns to the top of the page but does not display the default success text (“Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly.”). Further, I submitted the form multiple times hours ago and I have yet to received any email notification that a new form submission has been received and the “Entries” part of the plugin shows nothing. Per your help document, I did install the “Check Email” plugin and their test was received successfully, so it isn’t an issue with my WordPress installation. I prepared a video to show you all of my settings but I’d prefer to send the link via DM/PM.
