I’m able to include code in the html tab editor when customizing emails but the problem is when I save the changes WordPress automatically includes
and
tags breaking the code. I’ve searched and tried different solutions to disable WordPress from doing this behavior with no luck. Can you help me with this? Or tell me if there’s an alternative way to use an external template to construct more rich emails? Thank you in advance. You need to be in text mode. E.g. With the html code screenshot below, you will be able to see the text in red color, you can experience it in visual mode. https://ibb.co/h4BmyK Hope this helps! The problems seems to be with other tags like
,
,
, etc. When including these, and upon saving the changes, wordpress automatically includes
tags around them making the code unusable.
