However, after testing it, by registering myself with an e-mailaddress and checking the subscription box, I don’t receive a confirmation e-mail from mailchimp in my e-mail inbox. When I subscripe to my newsletter in the footer, I do receive the confirmation e-mail of mailchimp in my inbox requesting to confirm my subscription.For both lists, I have checked the box “Enable Double Opt-In”.I hope you can help.Kind regards,Lombardi February 7, 2019 at 5:15 am #12876 sanjeev3MemberHi there,Did you check the spam folder for emails sent by mailchimp? Also, please force synchronize with mailchimp. Doulble Opt-In should work as expected.Let me know and I’ll get back to you soon.Thank You!
