It uses User Registration to enroll for a training class and LearnDash LMS for training courses. Of the 84 people who registered with your plugin, we’ve had 2 recently who got the error message “Cannot read property ‘success’ of null” upon clicking the submit button. Their user account was not created.I cannot duplicate the issue as of yet, but I noticed a “Status” submenu for User Registration that says “There are currently no logs to view.” I was thinking with a somewhat rarely occurring error message, it may be useful to turn on logging if it is available to see if the log can shed any light on the issue when it does occur again.Do you have any insight to this issue, or can you tell me how to turn logging on?Thank you, Martin Fritch September 21, 2018 at 6:21 pm #4260 mFritchParticipant September 27, 2018 at 2:08 am #4484 sanjeev3MemberHello @mfritch,This issue generally occurs if errors in js due to other themes or plugins are encountered. Since, user registration form is submitted via ajax, for the message to appear propertly, js errors in the console should not be found. If you provide your site url with registration form, we will look into the issue. Currently, there is no logging for this exact issue. Also, let us know if you could replicate this issue without any errors in the console.Regards, WPEverest Support November 28, 2018 at 4:57 pm #6888 mFritchParticipantHello again,Sorry, I kind of forgot about this issue, but I am hearing that this problem has occurred 10 to 15 times that the training people know about. The most recent report was yesterday.I have not been able to duplicate the issue, but I don’t get any errors in the console whenever I have enrolled. The URL with the registration form is: https://digitalhub.childrenshospital.org/digital-content-training/enroll/ November 29, 2018 at 4:33 am #6960 sanjeev3MemberHello mFritch,Sad to know the issue is still there. This might also be caching issue. Do you have any cache related plugins installed? We couldn’t still reproduce this issue, however we will look wherever necessary and add logs accordingly.Thank You! January 31, 2019 at 10:00 am #12255 OutdoorsParticipantHi, I also facing the same issue February 1, 2019 at 4:12 am #12373 sanjeev3MemberThis issue occurs due to the expired nonce cached by some caching plugins. @outdoors If you have any caching plugins installed, let me know. We are trying to prevent caching on registration forms if required. Please stay updated!Thank You!
