    Hello, my add-on plugins are giving an unauthorized message when updating. The license I used on the site was cancelled and a new one was purchased. If this is the reason, where can I update this license key?

    Hi there,

    You must deactivate license and try to add new license. Now you will be able to update our Add-on Plugins.

    The old license key has been revoked and the account page doesn’t let me manage the site that was active. There should obviously be a WordPress admin button to “deactivate license” but I can’t find that button in the settings page. In this case, how do I deactivate the old license?

    Hi there,

    Yes, there is a deactivate license button beside the plugin deactivate button, if you are entering the revoked license key. Please see the screenshot here: https://ibb.co/Svz7nyF

    Got it thanks that worked! Could you add a License submenu option to your plugin by any chance? This would clear up confusion – I was looking near the plugin that wasn’t updating (Woocommerce Addon) for a license button, but the deactivate button was on the main plugin. The submenu (or setting page) license area would make this easier to find. thanks!
