Sorry to know your issue is still not solved. If you are registrating from the user registration form, you should also be able to login and view the details from the my account section, please use the shortcode [user_registration_my_account]. Aren’t you seeing any additional information filled during registration? If you are still not getting the details, please contact us from here: http://wpeverest.com/contact. Also, If you could share your site url with registration form, we could register and see if the deatails are not displaying.
