6. Hide User Profile Details

There are three options: Registration Form, Profile Details, and Registration Form & Profile Details. To hide the field on the User Profile Page, you need to select the Registration form option

This option allows you to make the field viewable but uneditable by the users in the frontend. There are four options here: Disabled, Registration Form, Profile Details, and Registration Form & Profile Details.
